yep ... let's go with something fairer like "significant minority" for the moment
i know 2 facts about New Zealand:
1) i am going over there next week so i just wanted to say hello in this bit of tfp (and cop some abuse for going there not Oz no doubt)
2) Palmerston North has more cafes per head of population than any other place in NZ
