The only time I can quickly get back into the action after the first ejeculation is if I've gone for a long time (i.e. a month or two) without any sex or masturbation whatsoever---at such times I'm so horny that I practically keep my erection after ejaculating and can go for another ejaculation before I lose it. However at other times I need at least 10 to 15 minutes before being able to have another erection.
