Kenny is a bastard... no question. One of the best episodes, for me was "Who is the Better Chef"... Spenny decides that for the first time ever he will cheat (he even asks his Mom's permission). Kenny, for the first time does the contest honestly, apparently he is a relatively good cook...
I think it is second only to the one where they each have to form a band and Kenny gets a group of kids to sing a We Are the World-like song called Don't Forget the Children and then sabatoges Spenny band... bastard doesn't begin to describe it...
