I had a similar conversation with a friend not too long ago.
The blumpkin was discovered/invented in one of two ways:
A. Some guy was dropping mud and said "You know what would make this even better? A blowjob." - pretty creepy
B. Some guy was getting a blowjob and said "You know what would make this even better? ... " -very freakin' creepy
