I was playing Counterstrike a long while ago and I was on a streak, getting about 20 kills in a row without dying. I forget what map I was playing on but a guy came up on my right suddenly so I pushed my mouse hard to the right to align the shot quickly before he could get a chance to kill me and ruin my record but I miscalculated the space between the mouse and the side of the table and I slammed the mouse hard against the table crushing my pinky. My pinky could barely bend for a week because it swelled up so much.
Not really a in-game blunder but still pretty stupid of me.
