I've been working on the same problem myself. Eating healthy and exercise seems to be the only thing that works. I've tried everything else including the Atkins diet, the Gladiator Diet, the Tropics Diet, Slimfast and Jenny Craig.
You just gotta work hard man. This is seven years of experience talking. Also, don't expect to lose more than 3-5 lbs a week. Any more than that just ain't healthy.
