Alvin, this is my perception as well. I think that after about the first day many people have realized that he was departing to avoid the inevitable scandal this lawsuit will bring. Spinning it as being because he is gay was just to kick up some dust to cover his tracks - and unworthy of the respect that gay Americans deserve. Too bad for his wife and kids though...
