Once you made the step and try being a nudist you realize that those people around you who are nude too are going to be less critical of you than people in everyday life. I mean if they were to laugh at some scar or something you've got or even a hard on there is plenty of their body exposed that you could criticise. Once you see so many people naked at once you realize how different everyone's body is. There really isn't any comparison between one body and another. Each body is it's own work of art. I'm a woman and if I were on the flight and saw a guy get a boner I'd probably just admire it and think nothing critical. It's an exciting experience and so liberating. After trying it I tended to think of people - body types and all so differently. Much less critical. I was less critical of my own body too because I felt accepted as it was. I'm proud of my scars now - they show what I've been through and survived.
