Back when I was an evil network administrator, I found a lot of good sites to bypass firewalls, simply by reading the firewall log... and then banning that site, and depending on the mood of the day, they'd get a strongly worded message from HR for violating the internet policy, or a thank you for finding a hole in the firewall
(I was a benevolent sometimes)
Parental controls were way more effective as punishment... (G'head, call the help desk and tell then you can't get to HotTeenSluts.com... -- I dare ya
