Red wine has something in it that helps the body process fat, leading to less gained weight from eating. But the same thing is also found in peanuts, so you can skip the drinking and just eat a few peanuts! Watch the refined sugar in some juices, I personally drink 1/2 apple juice with 1/2 water. A water filter on your water tap will make your tap water taste better. If you are really getting tired of drinking the same things, try buying Crystal Light. It has no sugar in it, and you don't need to add sugar to make it and it tastes really good and comes in lots of flavors. As long as you are taking a multi-vitamin, you should be ok!
(Most alcohol also has lots of empty calories in it, which is never good!)
