Any downsides to drinking milk, juice, and water?
Lately, I drink one of three things, period. Milk, juice, or water.
I drink real juice, slim milk, and tap water, and nothing else..
Are there any downsides to this, or am I missing anything by being so limited in what I drink?
When I say I only drink those three things, I'm not exaggerating, and since that creates a very limited "drinking variety" I am just wondering if there might be downsides or something that I am lacking and should add to my beverage trio?
I also take a daily vitamin, vitamin c, fish oil, and occasionally a vitamin e and iron supplement, but I'd like to cover all the bases if I can, and a lot of nutrients seem to come from beverages.
