Make sure your siblings take the money, and THEN run like hell. Cash out quick, man. This one's got "red alert for fraud" written all over it.
Just string her along, make sure your family gets what's coming to them, and scram. Also, once you get the money, inform the attorney of what happened. If they are unconcerned or blow you off, talk to the state legal board.
