Are you getting overstimulated? Have you tried a desensitizer? Are you hittin it too hard/fast? Does she make you nervous? Is she crazy hot? Maybe cleaning the pipes before you meet up is a good idea. You could also try to think of something non-sexy while you're at it. Something like Rosie O'Donnel taking a crap.
It could be a number of things. What do YOU think it is? If it only happens with her and not with anyone else or by yourself, it is likely a psychological issue.
