I get paid by the hour and I clock in and out. So my employer isn't looking to pay me overtime...

And I've found out that if I stay 15 minutes late I don't get paid for that. It has to be 16 to count in the system as overtime

And my hours are from 8:15-5:00PM. I'm pretty much always clocked in at 8:00AM. But I've noticed that if I leave at 4:58, my paycheck is a few dollars lower. It's just more corporate bullshit...

Many of my coworkers work 40+ hours a week, but they're salaried so it's expected.
