But guys get a physical pleasure from seeing a woman in a sexual way. We don't have to touch her, or want her. Just see her. And girls, many of them at least, like to be noticed. They wear show off clothing, and sometimes they flash or change in front of a window. But they still think that a guy who looks at their show is a creap. I wish some woman could help me understand this? It always seems like a dichotomy to me.

Well...if a girl just convieniently forgets to close the curtain when shes taking a shower/changing, she probably does want attention and she shouldn't be offended by it.
But...if a girl is walking around in a short skirt because she likes the style and men are falling over trying to get a glance up it, the girl should be offended. As much as everyone likes to think girls are just big teases and show-offs, some people really just dress for the fashion - not to put a huge sign saying "VAGINA!" on their foreheads.
But you're right. If they change in front of a window, they shouldn't be offended. And they definately shouldn't get mad at their SO for admiring their body. Then again, there is a time and place for everything. If I'm trying to have a real conversation with my bf and he's just drooling over my breasts 24/7 instead of listening to me, I'll get pretty annoyed.
I've said this before and I'll say it again - girls do like to be admired but there's a way to do it. If you glance at us a few times, perhaps flash a smile, you still get some type of viewing pleasure and the girl will be flattered. But if you stand around drooling and stick your eyes to her breasts, she'll think you're a creep. It's just unseemly.
However...if you can peek up skirts and down shirts discreetly, more power to you
...anyway, to get back on topic...sometimes I'll start changing or getting ready for a shower and then realize the curtains are opened. I don't get worked up over it or anything but I usually check to see if anyone was watching me when I go to close the curtains. I've never seen anyone. I'm not sure what I'd do if I did.
