Mine 144/78 and 58 bpm. Just checked it at one of those things @ a Pharmacy. When I give blood my Systolic (upper) is usually a little lower.
My Kinesiolgy friend said 58 bpm wasnt that good... too low he said. I thought the lower the better no?
