ID3-TagIT is a FANTASTIC id3 editor. Although the newest edition forces you to download the .NET framework. Note that the framework and the .NET passport are two different things.
Supports freedb, mass id3 editing, and a host of other functions. Has a low learning curve. Mainly just remembering shortcuts.
