For me its at friends houses, and then recently at work but not in the stall but standing in front of the urinal. I had to let er fly.
The weirdest I have ever heard of though is an old roomate of mine rubbed one out while waiting in a doctor's office. The doctor could have come in at any moment but didn't. That takes balls.
