Well, as I stated, substantively, aside from my observations that tend toward generality, I proposed that the question is really not one of control - because it is a requirement from our Primate heritage. The question is what exactly constitutes an "enlightened authority" or what qualities should be considered optimal for governing humans, given that hierarchical authority is a universal condition?
