There have been a few posts like this, and the re-occuring advice is that for the time being, there is absolutely nothing you can do but wait. Buy a pregnancy test if she doesn't get her period, or go to a doctor. I know it's so much easier said than done (to not worry), but you've just got to wait it out.
If I was in your position I'd actually be more concerned about her jumping on me like that without protection. Hopefully it was just a little miscommunication (she thought you were joking) but I would be very upset if she jumped on me, as she would be if you just entered her by surprise without a condom.
