My sister's 4 kids all had them at once.
Put the mattresses in plastic
Put the pillows in plastic
Wash everything in hot water
Any stuffed toys or decorative pillows or other stuff like that - -stick in a hefty bag and seal it tightly for ()i think) two weeks - the lice die atthat point -- then just fluff the stuff in the dryer.
Mayonaisse was good for getting the stuff out of the hair
