I once ended up at the northern tip of Queens instead of the southern side of Brooklyn ... after a car with three other guys and myself completely failed to notice that we had passed NYC and were, in fact, in northern New Jersey. There's a thread in Members' Playground about that incident tiled "The most Pointless Experience of my life" or somthing like that.

bah... Guys never get lost.. we just like to "explore"
there have been many a time that I ended up out of state on accident.. I think it more has to do with how one can keep their head's when they "explore". I have never really worried about finding my way back (except one time when I left late, then got lost and had only 45 minutes to find my way back before class started*grin* but that is a special case!), but there are others (guys and girls, gender doesn't matter here) that freak out.
Once you start to freak out you just make it worse, in my opinion.
nice thread though, thank you ladies for all of your kind words
