Anyone tried these things and what has been your experience?

I used Hydroxycut at one juncture when ephedra was still aprt fo the mix - it worked to reduce weight but made me so edgy I developed anxiety attacks.

Recently I tried carb blockers and had some positive results.

Anyone else?
