i prefer running along the highway or around a neighborhood. it's more interesting than a track or treadmill. last week, i beat my highschool mile record by over a minute at 9:30. it was really cool because i haven't been able to keep the endurance to run a mile at *all* until only recently.. now i can go up to 30 minutes long distance running, or maybe even more (haven't tried it yet..)
good job and keep having fun! i find that you feel a lot better after running, especially when you aren't bogged down by too much unhealthy foods.
