Anyone else read it that way? Cuz normally just one number in paranthesis would be a power multiplier but numberS in paranthesis would be order of opps.
Such as 3 + 2 x 3 (4 x say...5)

Powers are usually represented as x^y. For example, 3 squared would be 3^2. I don't think anybody else will read it as you did.
