This is also known as the PC Muscle. If you excerise it enough a man can become multi-orgasmic. You can have orgasms without ejaculating, and without needing a recharge period. Then when you are done you just let go and ejaculate on your last orgasm.
You can excersize it by flexing it, and later when its strong enough flexing and holding it.
