I used to have lots of trouble running around with my boobs because they'd jiggle and it really hurt...but then I discovered the wonder of small sports bras. I started buying sports bras that were almost too tight for me (I basically had to stuff my boobs into them). It really helped with the breast pain and the jiggling was reduced significantly....
I'd say "definately get all those complaining girls to do it" but sometimes it causes my back to hurt (20 minutes of running almost always guarentees this). I guess the super-tight bra + heavy breasts strains my back a lot. So...my body is still something of a problem when it comes to excersize, but it's better than before. Usually lots of arching my back and stretching can relieve the pain.
