Wow, you guys must live in some bad apartment buildings. In the one I live in, the only time I hear any of my neighbors is when I'm in the bathroom, where there's a vent that connects to the apartment directly below mine. Sometimes I hear them yelling at each other....but that's pretty much it.
....I guess that's what you get when you live in an apartment worth 5k a month...unfortunately, living here requires roomates which can be equally annoying.
