Yeah they get taken off over time
It varies from state to state how far they go back.
Some insurance companies only check back around 3 years. Sometimes the points only stay on about that long. I can't remember what it is here in Wis. You'll have to check your local state. Check out the
DMV website they might have information for you on points and safety courses too.
