That was indeed the character Paiku-han. That's his "proper (read: Japanese) name." He's not a Namekian, he's supposedly from the Western Quadrant of the universe (given that he's West Kai's strongest representative). The reason I say he's not Namekian is 1) the ears, where the ears be at? There are other missing facial features that are telltale signs of a Namekian, 2) Namek was originally located within North Kai's quadrant of the universe.

What I'm sayin man. No way he's a Namek. Anyone know what all these names mean in english? Like i think Goku means rice right? And Gohan is like a carrot or something.....then some of the rest they named after under garments, etc.
