My fiancee has the most sensitive breasts and nipples I have ever seen. Being a "boob man", I love them, and pay them all the attention I possibly can. I would assume from her reactions when I touch them, that she would enjoy doing the same...but has only mentioned it on occassion. I'll refer her to this thread, and we'll see what she has to say.
