At least in my case. 300 lbs wasnt meant to go for a jog down the road... at least not for more than a block that is hahahah...
Treadmills do half (or more) of the work for you! I can run for a few blocks then I start getting shin splints. I need to do some Tibialis curls I hear that helps lots.
