I've done I recent job at cutting out alot of Trans-fats out of by diet by cooking more at home. Sometimes it's hard if I have to work late. Not really in the mood for cooking then. BUt I get by by making extra and sticking it in the fridge. If I can.
And, not to be picky or anything, but its PARTIALLY-hydrogenated oils that are badfor you. Fully hydrogenate oils (like shortending) don't have those health risks.
