ESPN NFL 2K5 - $20 and lots of reviewers are saying it's better than Madden 2005. I picked it up yesterday and I'm having a blast. I've always thought that Segas NFL series was the best football game on the consoles though. They started on Dreamcast and they've just gotten better.
I picked up D&D Heroes used yesterday and it's looking to be pretty fun (if you liked Baldurs Gate: Dark Alliance, if you didn't don't bother getting D&D Heroes).
Doom3 will probably be my next purchase on the Xbox.
