I can honestly say that as a (formerly) archconservative person (in the realm of sexuality), I have consciously referenced opinions, facts, and experiences shared by members of the TFP to refute my own misconceptions as well as the misconceptions of others regarding sexual exploration and choices of sexuality. It has proven an invaluable tool in my growth as a person, internally and externally.
