Well I did it today.
It was only on a treadmill but none the less. I am very pleased with the accomplishment!
I want to make the transition to road running soon, but it is alot more strenuous than a treadmill.
I am able to do this because of a Jiu Jitsu class I started 2 months ago! 2 days a week @ 90 mins each day mostly high intensity (for myself at least). Its a kick ass workout and HIGHLY recommend it to anyone! No injuries... yet!

Cross my fingers. It helps that there arent any jag-offs in the class trying to act big by hurting people!
Also since starting Jiu Jitsu I have lost 20 lbs. Very Exciting. I may be skinny/thin (or whatever you want to call it) for the first time in my life yet!
