For the last week or so I've had a cough that's got worse every day, and it gets as bad as coughing non-stop for a minute or so. It even woke me from my sleep last night (constantly) and I sleep very deeply.
How can I speed up getting rid of it?
Does aerobic exercise slow down the process much? Or getting cold for a long time i.e. surfing? What about anaerobic exercise?
