I believe in a Safe catch and SAFE release. You can release them. But mind you, you must release them at least 2 miles away from your house or else they come back. A friend of mine white-outted one of the mouse they caught, and let him outside in his back yard woods about 30 mins out, and he was caught within 2 days. #1- release mouse far far away, #2 I cant believe the mouse was that stupid to be caught again in the same trap.

Just curious, but how did your friend know it was the same "exact" mouse? Did they tag it's ear with a wire transmitter and track it's movement?
