At the feet of my girlfriend (at the time)'s mother, who happened to be passed out on a Lazy Boy. She had been drinking, so it wasn't likely she was going to wake up (hopefully).
I don't know if it counts but I've received oral in a movie theater during a movie and in the car while driving on a long road trip.
