Work related injury.
I had started to write a long post about how I was injured and all about the assholes I used to work for, but it was going to be a long boring post with the stuff like "those bastards" and "those assholes" all the way through it.
So my questions are: How long after you've been injured at work do you have to file a suit? (It's been three years) And let's say you didn't file for workman's comp. right after you were injured, but instead filed on your insurance because you felt as though you would be fired if you filed for workman's comp.
Basically, what are my options?
