I don't think I'd ever really get a massage professionally. I've always enjoyed them from my girlfriend just because it's an intimate kind of thing. If I were to get one though I think that it wouldn't matter if the person was male or female.
Here's another question, for anyone who is or knows a professional, do people get aroused during it? I'm sure that it has to happen, how do you react to that sort of thing?
