For killing, that Decon stuff works will but then the mouse wonders off and dies wherever. I hate getting surprised with a dead mouse on the flood.
I remember my parents tried these traps for a while that looked like a square tube. When the mouse would walk in, it would tilt over and trap them in there. After that you could release it where ever you want. I think they got them at a hardware store.
