you have 2 options that I know of.
Easiest: Use partitionmagic to resize the existing partition. PM is the only program I use for these types of operations. IMO it's worth it for you to purchase the new version.
More time consuming: Boot up with your XP cd, and you'll be able to delete the existing partition(s) and create a new one that is the size of your disk.
