Creative Director for small (but multi-national) ad/marketing firm.
The problem with the title is there's no one to "direct" as the Creative Dept. is just me and whatever designs I come up with still have to get the OK from the company's owner (who's a egomaniac with the maturity level of a 5 yr. old who always gets his way).
