Ah, the Church of Euthanasia, they're pretty funny, if you're not easily offended.
You should check out their video section and watch their "I Like To Watch" video. But warning, it could be offensive to someone. But it kinda brings up a pretty valid point of America's obsession with television, pornography, and the media.
I don't really think this "how-to" is too far-fetched either, from what I've read of it, and from what I know of the human body, its pretty accurate as far as how he would gain access to the major sections of muscular tissue. But then again, he could have gotten this from television, the internet, or some documentary on a tribe of people that actually eat people.
