As for the question:
One of the universal definitions of beauty is symmetry. Similarly for boobs, I think it has to do with proportionality. If you've got sexy curves everywhere else but your breasts, it probably looks strange visually. So, if a person likes big breasts, he probably also likes an overall curvy and "fertile" figure on women. I think that answers the question, but in reverse logic. :?
