180/100. It went up when I was pregnant with my last child nearly five years ago and has never quite been normal.
Every time I give blood they give me a hard time about it, and about 4 weeks ago I went to the doctor about something else and thought I'd have it checked. It was 170/100. I was a little uptight about my sore back, but this week have been feeling really shitty. Went back yeserday and it was 180/100.
My doctor put me on medication yesterday and told me I would more than likely have to take them for the rest of my life....I'm in my mid 30's.
Now, it's not a health issue - I am of average weight, eat well, walk for 50 minutes each day, and consider myself healthy. My father has high blood pressure and it's genetic.
Bummer, hey?
