I absolutely completly agree with the last three posts. The handheld camera = uber annoying. The action sequences could have been great, but instead it was just a fury of limbs/cars close up that the sequences were more annoying to watch than enjoy. The director should have utilized some moderation, but imho, overused it waaaaay too much.
