Trans fatty acids are found naturally in small quantities in some foods including beef, pork, lamb, butter and milk, but most trans fatty acids in the diet come from hydrogenated foods

*shrug* While trans-fatty acids are bad for you, it doesn't seem to be something you can completely avoid. Obviously, it's not a good idea to eat boxes of goldfish and other greasy foods that are likely to contain trans-fatty acids. But saturated fat is bad for you too, and tons of things contain that. Most food has *something* not so great for you in it. Personally, I'm not going to remove all saturated fat/trans-fatty products from my home. IMO you can't worry about every little thing that goes into your mouth. Eating two or three oreos now and then isn't going to kill you. Really....it's okay to sit back once in a while and enjoy life. As they state over and over again in that article, it's more about moderation and calorie limitations than it is about restricting certain types of fat.
