I used to get deja vu fairly often, maybe once every other month or so, but the last couple years I've only had it 3 or 4 times. It's always an exact memory of everything I see, hear, and even think, leading a lot of them to include my thinking, 'Hey, I remember this exact sequence.' I think I can predict what's happening once it starts, but it only last a second or two so can't do anything about it. Of course, when the whole thing happens the first time, I can never tell if it's a future event or something I imagining until it happens.
Once or twice I remember the "preview" vividly, afterwards thinking 'that was weird.' It's happend upwards of a year in advance in some cases. It's odd, and thought provoking, but it doesn't do anything for me or actullay give any information in advance.
